bathrooms, full American Kitchen and infinity edged pool. The views from all
areas of the Casa are outstanding and offer a combination of ocean vistas
and mountain/valley lushness that makes Costa Rica one of the world's most
desired vacation retreats. The Casa by itself would be a renters paradise
but here, at Casa del Viento, a larger group can find the additional Casita.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath addendum completes the full rental of 6 bedrooms and
6.5 baths. Just in case you need "a little extra space" the Casa also has a
drop down "Murphy Bed" expanding the sleeping capacity by 2 more adult
guests.
Both homes are contained within
the private secured gates of the property. The property is within the
private gated community of Monte Paraiso which sits upon the mountain top
that separates Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa. From here either community
is within a few minutes drive. Hermosa is the quiet village of; private
homes, condos, boutique hotels, restaurants and small grocery stores. Coco
is the lively fishing village with her; bars, restaurants, casino and two
full service grocery stores. Whether you are 2 or 12 Casa and Casita del
Viento is the perfect vacation home.
