Las Brisas

Las Brisas, has a total of 6 Villas, 14 Condos, nestled inside a quiet private oasis. Each Villa and Condo is unique and equipped with the highest quality furnishings. There are 4 swimming pools inside the complex. Each pool is 24 feet wide by 48 feet long and has a depth ranging from 3 to 6 feet. Each unit also has access to the fully equipped air conditioned gym which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To insure the safety of those who live inside the gated community, there is a 24/7 guard on duty. All the parking areas are along the main road inside the project, making all green areas vehicle free and virtually noise free. Each unit has two designated parking spaces.

The complex is located across a small rarely used single lane road that is approximately 40 meters from the 1.25 mile wide Hermosa Beach. There is an easy unobstructed path directly to the beach across from the gates of Las Brisas.
