Beachfront Properties was born several years ago out
of desire and necessity. The desire is obvious; we
wished to operate a successful business in the one
of the most sought after tourists markets in the
world. The necessity came as the property management
that handled our own homes chose to apply its energy
in other ventures. This left us with two choices. We
could hire one of the remaining property managers or
take over and build our own business. After
reviewing the other companies and evaluating their
actual services the choice was simple. We needed to
start our own company and provide the services that
homeowners and renters alike really wanted.
Starting with a staff of four we have now grown to a
company of over fifteen employees and owners. All,
except three, are Costa Rican and we are proud of
each and every one of them. Providing steady
employment and benefits to our employees and their
families is the cornerstone of Beachfront’s “Family
Philosophy”
It is
this philosophy that makes Beachfront a cohesive
working operation. We are the area’s most desired
management company with a waiting list of homeowners
seeking to become part of the family. Being
homeowners ourselves and with years of successfully
renting our own properties, we understood the needs
of both the homeowner and the renter alike. It would
be very easy to accept all those awaiting our
services adding them to “the family” but the cost
would be the loss of quality of the services which
made us desirable in the first place. We have
pledged to grow the company only as fast as we can
provide the quality of service for which we are
known.

Rent a sailboat for a day’s excursion to deserted
beaches or ATV’s for an exhilarating first-hand ride
through the vicinity. A vast variety of fish swim in
the nearby waters – great for Sport fisherman,
snorkeler or scuba diver. And for the discerning
golfer, the area offers many fine golf courses.
Sunsets – there’s nothing comparable after a day of
indulging your every whim! Be enchanted as the sun
descends into the sea and the sky flaunts an array
of colors – from your private lanai or one of many
fabulous restaurants! Later, try your luck at a
nearby casino, dance to latin music,or just curl up
with your favorite book.
